The HEL Performance range of extreme heatsleeve has been designed and manufactured to protect your hose and wiring up to 1200°C (2200°F). It has been specifically manufactured to handle all applications throughout the Motorsport and Automotive industry.
Heatsleeve is commonly used to insulate and protect wiring and hoses from radiant heat, such as extreme heat radiating from the exhaust system or manifold. Protecting wiring looms, fuel lines, coolant hoses and other critical components with our extreme heatsleeve can prevent the hose or wiring from melting, which can easily result in engine failures or electrical issues.
Manufactured from heat-treated braided Fibreglass yarn and high-grade silicone rubber coating, the HEL Performance extreme heatsleeve is self-extinguishing, making it an excellent choice for applications requiring reliable flame protection for short and temporary periods. It is slightly elasticated, allowing for hoses slightly larger than its inside diameter (see specification below), although it will be a tight fitment. If you are unsure, we highly recommend that you choose the next size up available for an easier fitment.
Please note, our heatsleeve is sold by the metre and will be supplied in an uncut length of up to 20 metres in total. If you require more than 20 metres, please feel free to contact us to discuss further.
How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on the product orders are fullfilled as follows:
- RTS Clutches - RTS clutches are made to order and can take between 3-4 weeks to assemble and machine depending on current demand.
- Fuel Injection Products - EFI Orders are made to order and ship within 1-2 weeks based on current demand.
- HEL Performance Products - HEL Orders are made to order and ship within 1-2 weeks based on current demand.
- Shift Knobs - Shift knobs are made to order and ship within 1-2 weeks based on current demand.
- Retro Components UK Products - Orders ship within 2-3 business days
- Apparel and Accessories - Depending on location, orders ship within 2-4 business days
- Stickers- Ship between 24-48 hours
