A custom electric fan mounting solution for your Classic Mini radiator. 

This is a digital download to print it yourself. Designed to work specifically with the 280mm/11in Revotec Comex Suction fan.

What's Included:

• Radiator Shroud File
  • Recommend printing in PPA-CF-Core for heat resistance and long-term rigidity in the engine bay. Some sanding may be required. 
• Wheel Well Fan Mount File
  • Recommend printed in ABS for a lightweight, durable fit

Material Notes:
PPA-CF-Core is made to handle the direct heat and mechanical stress near the radiator core. The wheel well fan mount uses ABS, offering solid durability at a lower cost since it sees less direct heat exposure. 

Fitment Notes:
This system is intended for off-road, track day, and non-street use only — it is not designed, tested, or warrantied for daily on-road driving. It was built around a specific fan, radiator, and mounting geometry and is not a universal fit. Compare your setup against the vehicle shown in this video before ordering, and confirm this use case matches your intended application.
